Just an update
Well I did my 6mile hill training on Sunday at Mendon Ponds Park. I tell ya I really wish I had someone to run with me here. The guy I used to run with was down sized at work and now I barely talk with him anymore. Oh well I will just keep pushing a long. I am also down 1.2 lbs. since last week. So now I am at 212.8 lbs. I ended up getting a digital scale instead of the old analog one I have had. I kept getting different readings every time I stepped on it and it never went back to zero. So I said what the hey and got me a new fancy pantsy digital one. Seems pretty accurate. Well that's about it. I hope everyone is happy and healthy.

Use your solo runs as a time to zone out and focus on your running. Or just clear your head and go. You can do it.
I did the same with the scale a while back. I never got the same readings twice either. Now I know my digital scale is pretty accurate as it actually matched the Dr's office - something my other scale never did.
