That's what I had to tell myself today. And it wasn't because of my knee. My right shin was giving me a little trouble at the start of my run today. It did eventually work itself out. But that first mile hurt. I ran my 5k loop again. It was better then Monday. Finished in 30min. 35sec. It would have been better if not for 2 of the longest stop lights. I know I should change this loop because these 2 stop lights always hold me up. But I like this loop because it has some killer hills on it. I guess now I will have to just think think think. I've noticed that there is not a lot of action over on the Team Voice blog. Is everyone trying this challenge? Is it too much?
OK now on to the Disney part of this post. What is the food you have to have when you are at the World or land. For me there are 2 things. The roasted nuts that are covered in Cinnamon and sugar. Also the Mickey ice cream bars. I MUST have these 2 things when I am down there. They are sooooooo addicting.

I've got two lights in my run as well and they are never green when I get to them...usually take my life in my hands and run down the road till I find and opening to cross.
Food, turkey leg and the dole whip is fast becoming a family favorite.
To hard you say? C'mon, 100 miles is cake! LOL Nah, it was a great challenge from my perspective, despite the whining, as it got my butt in action and I'm loving it so far. I tell ya, if not for Team Voice, I'd be 20lbs heavier and not running any longer.....
When I do my long runs I have a half dozen lights in it. I hate them.
As long as I keep it short I can stay in my neighborhood, but those crazy drivers.
My new fav at the work is the mini corn dogs,Mickey bar, which I can no longer eat.And the sundae from the ice cream shop which I now will have to modify.
The challenge is not to hard,it is just the matter of getting out the door and quit making excuses.
I have lots of lights or road crosses no matter where I go...I run in place until I can cross and I pause the Garmin at the lights. Keeps my moving pace more reasonable :)!
Favorite food in the World? Love the Dole Whip, love the Churros...oh heck - what don't I love when it comes to food in WDW?
The challenge is tough. I'll probably fall short this month, but I have to stick to my training plan as I don't want to end up hurt...Just do the best you can :)!
